An evaluation committee analyzes applications according to clear criteria. The selected profiles officially join the program.

Participants benefit from strategic mentoring sessions, development workshops, networking opportunities, and more.
04 - Spotlight
The program concludes with public recognition (official events, visibility, media coverage, speeches, gala, and awards).
